Cedar Crest Nutrition Department Offers New Dietetic Internship Program

Cedar Crest College will offer a new post-baccalaureate dietetic internship program, beginning in August. The 10-month internship program will combine didactic course work with 1,200 hours of supervised practice at partner institutions and organizations. Participants will complete experiences in clinical nutrition, food service and management, and community nutrition settings. Successful completion of a dietetic internship is a requirement to become a registered dietitian.
