Hilbert Professor Wins Emmy Award for Documentary

A 2010 Emmy Award for the WGRZ-TV documentary “Niagara Falls: A Tale of Two Cities” has been presented to Christopher Gallant, assistant professor of digital media and communication at Hilbert College. Gallant received the award at the 53rd annual New York Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences awards ceremony held in New York City. He directed, edited and shot the television documentary during his tenure at WGRZ as director of photography – special projects unit.
