A Personal Perspective on Obama’s Pell Grant Infusion

As I moderated comments Tuesday on a post about President Obama’s proposal to increase Pell Grant awards, one dispatch stopped my cursor cold. It read: “This is absolutely the right direction and in keeping with my grandfather’s original vision for the program.” It was signed, “Clay Pell.”
